- how to get the board members you deserve, practical techniques for making the most of board meetings (more engaging, fun and fast-tracking decision-making), and
- how to get inside the mindset of the high-performing board member. Garth Nowland-Foreman from LEAD is the facilitator for the day. LEAD Centre for Not-for-Profit Governance & Leadership understands our sector is values-based and people-powered. Our aim is to empower everyone who engages in one of our sessions with the skills, knowledge and confidence to lead change in their communities.
