Equine Therapy can support people to process trauma. We can explore family dynamics and support people to find solutions to ongoing conflict. Additionally, Being with Horses will help build confidence/self worth, regulate emotions and much more.
Sessions are one hour.

Interactive drawing therapy – an option for part of the session as well as rained off days.
