Mental health and well-being are important throughout the year, and annually there is a Mental Health Awareness Week. September 2023 the focus is on the 5 Ways to wellbeing, and we are offering a photo competition to capture people trying “5 Ways in 5 Days.”
To build resilience and get through the tough times we need to find ways to look after ourselves and each other. Trying the 5 Ways to Wellbeing might be just the step you need.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, Age Concern/Firstmate/Health Action Trust have organised a photo competition.
Have some fun and take photos of trying out the 5 Ways to wellbeing.
