Affordable Room Rentals Did you know that the Nelson Women’s Centre offers room rentals at incredibly reasonable rates, with discounts for non-profits? We have spaces that can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 40 people, starting at just $10 per hour. Perfect for meetings, workshops, or events. Additionally, we have a sunny, front-facing room available for long-term rent, ideal for a femme-based business. This lovely space is available for $200 + GST per week. Spring into Song Concert Fundraiser Mark your calendars for September 22nd! Our annual ‘Spring into Song’ fundraiser is just around the corner, and this lineup is not to be missed. Featuring performances by Te Mana Hā, The Forget-Me-Nots, Anna Heinz & Friends, Moonshot, and La Corale, it’s going to be an afternoon filled with beautiful music and community spirit. Join us at the Victory Community Centre and help support the vital services provided by the Nelson Women’s Centre.
At the Nelson Women’s Centre, we’re dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive environment for all women and non-binary people. Even though our drop-in centre is temporarily on hold due to funding shortages, we continue to offer affordable counselling services and a range of meaningful workshops.
