Volunteer Nelson hosts regular volunteering drop-in sessions at the Stoke and Nelson Elma Turner Libraries. These provide a fantastic opportunity for individuals to find out about volunteering and community groups to find out how they can list opportunities on Seek Volunteer, our volunteer referral service portal.
Currently, these sessions alternate between Stoke library and Elma Turner Library every two weeks, hosted by our Community & Engagement Coordinator, Ellie Yount.
Whether you’re an experienced volunteer or just starting out, everyone is welcome!
Wednesdays, alternating between Stoke Library and Elma Turner Library:
Stoke Library: 10am – 1pm
Elma Turner Library: 10am – 1pm
