First time submitting? Read below for some helpful information and tips! 

  • The newsletter is published on the first and third Tuesday of the month (except January). The deadline is 5 pm, the Monday before publishing.
  • We recommend you submit your news as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee last-minute news items will be included.
  • Posts will appear for two consecutive newsletters. Please resubmit to have your item included after this time.
  • Your news excerpt will be shown on the Community & Whānau Network News e-newsletter and the website once published.   People can then click on the “read more” link for the full details including images and web links.  Please add images such as your logo or photos (keeping copyright in mind).
  • Tick the box at the end of the form if you prefer not to have your contact details published – a great option all the information needed is in the post!
  • Give the website time to upload, otherwise it may reject your submission (due to spam prevention settings).
