Nature's Effusion explores the natural transition of Peri-Post Menopause. Our chat group is for women only, and each month a different aspect of the menopause journey is discussed. Come and contribute to the discussions or simply come to listen, whether you are 35 or 75 your experiences and insights are valuable to your menopause sisters.
Youth Into Governance
We are now recruiting boards for our third year of the successful Youth into Governance programme.
The idea of the programme is that a young person (16 – 30 years) sits on your community board for up to six months to grow diversity amongst members.
You can invite a young person or even two that are already part of your club or organisation to join your board. Alternatively, you can leave it to Volunteer Nelson to match a young person who has identified your organisation as an area of interest.
