Nelson City Council – Strategic Planning Grants scheme
For Not-for-Profits within the Nelson region, here’s an opportunity to access up to $1000 +gst to assist with your organisation’s Strategic Planning process, including hiring an external facilitator to guide you through the creation or review of your strategic plan.
This scheme, made possible through funding from Nelson City Council, offers a variety of services to NFP’s domiciled in Nelson. The maximum grant is $1000 (+gst). Here’s what is available:
– Hiring an external facilitator to guide you through your strategic planning process
– Venue hire
– Food and Beverages during the event
– Professional design work to make your plan stand out
– Printing costs
– 12 month mentoring program with Business Mentors NZ (conditions apply)

-Increase operational efficiency among leadership
-Improve staff satisfaction and retention
– Manage expectations and bolsters trust
