Following on from his highly popular ‘Good Grief’ workshop at last year’s Pivot conference, Andy Fryar will share his thoughts on how Volunteer Managers can best deal with those parts of volunteer leadership that are most difficult to deal with and not often spoken about – death, dying and bad news in general. In addition, he will explore how we can best leverage those times our volunteers share good news stories and how Volunteer Managers can not only survive the complexities of the job – but positively flourish!
