Idea Services in Nelson are exploring the possibility renting out some of our properties to people in the area with learning disabilities who are looking for accommodation.
We have two very nice 5-bedroom properties in the Stoke are that would make for a great shared rental/living space for 4-5 likeminded people. Ideally, we would be looking for people who are motivated to make that next step to increased independence, and who already receive, or would be eligible for SIL (Supported Independent Living) support.
