The Te Tauihu Volunteer Strategy has been proudly launched in Nelson at the Community and Whānau Hui. It was developed by community organisations, local Councils, inter-agency staff, and the wider community. Vision Everyone in Te Tauihu has easy access to a broad range of fulfilling volunteer work opportunities –to enrich their lives while contributing and connecting to their community. Goals The community has access to flexible, rewarding volunteer opportunities. Organisations are supported by people who contribute their time and expertise.
