Dive into volunteering with Tasman Bay Guardians
Tasman Bay Guardians is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us for the 2025–26 snorkelling season. From school snorkel programmes to community-guided events, we need people who are fit, water-confident, and ready to help tamariki discover the wonders of te taiao.
Our mahi doesn’t stop at the moana – we also deliver freshwater education and restoration activities across Te Tau Ihu. Whether it’s guiding young people in the water, assisting at events, or supporting our river and stream projects, volunteers play a vital role in helping us foster guardianship for our local environments.
Police checks are required, and all training will be provided. If you’re curious about what we do, we encourage you to visit our website and learn more about US and what we do :).
