Nature’s Effusion explores the natural transition of Peri-Post Menopause.
Our chat group is for women only, and each month a different aspect of the menopause journey is discussed.
Come and contribute to the discussions or simply come to listen, whether you are 35 or 75 your experiences and insights are valuable to your menopause sisters.
