Learn the 3 Steps for Life with Hato Hone St John
This Shocktober we’re on a mission to provide CPR & AED awareness training to as many people as we can. 3 Steps for Life is free training designed to give you the confidence to take action if someone suffers a cardiac arrest. Join us for a session in your community.
Hato Hone St John is on a mission to train 15,000 people across Aotearoa in life-saving CPR and AED skills — and you can be one of them!
Join us for a free one-hour training session, where our Community Educator will guide you through the 3 Steps for Life:
1. Call 111
2. Start CPR
3. Use an AED
You’ll get the chance to practice CPR and AED use on adult and baby manikins, so you leave feeling confident and ready to act in an emergency.
