Funding Opportunities for Local Community Groups – September & October 2025
Applications are now open for Top of the South Community Foundation’s September Grant Round! Funding is available for projects that support people, place, and environment across Marlborough, Nelson, Tasman, and Golden Bay. Don’t miss this chance to bring your community initiative to life, apply by 30 September.
Top of the South Community Foundation’s September Grant Round is now open for applications, running from 1–30 September 2025.
This round includes funding opportunities for projects that:
- Support the environment in Nelson, Tasman, and Marlborough
- Strengthen communities in Golden Bay and across Te Tauihu
- Create pathways into employment in Marlborough
- Help young people in Tasman thrive
Grant amounts range from $1,000–$10,000, depending on the fund. Full details, including criteria and application tips, are available on our website.
Looking ahead, our October Grant Round (1–31 October) will also open soon, with some of the larger distributions available. Community organisations are welcome to apply in both rounds.
We look forward to receiving applications from across Nelson, Tasman, and Golden Bay. Together, through the generosity of our donors and the hard work of local organisations, we can make a lasting difference for our communities and environment.
