Alzheimers Nelson Tasman Memory Walk
Alzheimers Nelson Tasman will be holding a Memory Walk in Isel Park, Stoke on Saturday, 20th September 2025. Join us at 11am outside St. Barnabas Church, Stoke as we walk to remember those that cannot.
This Memory Walk is for people of all ages and abilities and is a way to raise awareness of the growing incidence of dementia in our community and to recognise those families touched by and living with dementia.
Refreshments (scones, tea/coffee) will be available for purchase after the Walk (cash only).
