Every year, these Awards honour people who are making an extraordinary difference – from the unseen heroes working quietly in the background, to those leading bold initiatives in their communities.

Whether it’s a Local Hero, Senior New Zealander, Young New Zealander, or one of our other award categories, we want to hear their stories. In the past, we’ve seen regional volunteer communities get behind these Awards – and many of those individuals have gone on to be recognised nationally.
