All proceeds support Kai Rescue, a local food rescue programme with a big vision:

Each month, Kai Rescue saves 22 tonnes of perfectly good food from going to landfill and redistributes it to over 50 community groups across Nelson and Tasman. That’s more than the weight of a fully loaded electric bus!
