Year 11 students from Nayland College's Foundation Certificate seeking volunteering opportunities that will allow hands-on experience that contribute to the community. We have around 22 students, and they are a mixture of 15-16-year-olds. We would be open to doing a full class at the same time or we could individualise to the different students. During school hours would be best but we can work around this if we need to. We can have 2 or 3 teachers there to support as well. The Cultural Conversations cards came from our beautiful Pā harakeke sessions with Chanel Ngaruhe. Once a month we meet and we learn about Te Ao Māori together.

The cards were designed by Ekaterina Garnyk. The bags were made by Shakeela from the Global Stitch Up.
The images reflect our world community in all of its diversity. We are passionate about resisting commercial trends and believe representation is paramount.
All profits will go back into having more fun Pā harakeke sessions.
