Positive Settlement Expo 2023
Kia ora … Nelson Tasman region attracts many people from Aotearoa and overseas and also services a large refugee community. Access to local information and connection to others are crucial for new community members to settle successfully and develop a sense of belonging.

We are planning a new community event to support community groups, agencies and the newcomer communities: POSITIVE SETTLEMENT EXPO 2023.
This will be held on Sunday 26th March from 2 – 5 pm at Saxton Oval Cricket Pavilion.

We welcome participants to showcase what they have to offer and how they can help ideally by providing activities that help people to connect.
The organising committee are aiming to arrange translators for a wide range of languages to support communities to engage with you as community groups.
