It’s titled: The COVID-19 pandemic: lessons learned and planning for the next time. Cooking Classes for Seniors

4 weeks, each 3 hours in duration. We start with discussion on nutrition, food labelling, extending meals, portion sizes, followed by a demo of one of the recipes in the 50 page recipe book provided. Then we cook one or two of them and enjoy lunch together. All for FREE !! Committment to the 4 sessions is required unless there is an appointment that can't be avoided.
