My role is an Jobseeker engagement Employment Consultant. I enrol jobseekers, work on their vocational assessment, create CV’s and cover letters, and prep them for employment.
Once they are job fit I then hand them over to one of my work colleagues that are called Employment Facing Employment Consultants and they work with them to find employment.
This is a good time to refer any clients because I am able to prep them over the phone so when COVID – 19 rules have lowered they will be ready to find employment.
We are also finding we are still placing our jobseekers into essential positions within the community.
Clients are also able to enrol using our Remote Services team. They could go straight to this link: https://www.tfaforms.com/4760483
