We understand volunteer recruitment is often a challenge for Volunteer Managers and for Volunteer Coordinators. It could be a problem with your organisation as well.
Volunteer Nelson is introducing Anju Bathla, a Masters of Applied Management (MAM) student at the NMIT, who is currently working on an interesting research project in her final term. As part of her ongoing research “Perspectives of Volunteer Recruitment in Volunteer-Involving Organisations (VIOs) in the Nelson region”, she is looking for participants to interview to investigate more about the challenges faced in volunteer recruitment. The aim of the interview is to collect your viewpoints about potential recruitment challenges in your organisation.
We would greatly value your your opinion on different attributes of the voluntary sector through your participation in the research that Anju is undertaking. The research findings could be useful to the sector as well. Details pertaining to you and your organisation will be kept confidential.
Anju is more than happy to conduct a short interview with you over your favorite coffee. So, please join her as a valuable contributor towards this fascinating research project that we hope we can all benefit from.
Please feel free to contact her as soon as possible. Here are her contact details:
