On 16 October I had the pleasure of attending a workshop called Busting the Busy trap, presented by Kerri Tilby-Price from Exult
I am sure that many of you reading this would totally put yourself into this basket. Many of us live in a very fast paced environment. It just seems to be the norm.
But being mindful of this, and putting some simple concepts into place, we could enjoy our lifestyle without it constantly overwhelming us.
A starting point to Busting the Busy trap is to Minimise and Manage Interruptions.
It could be a good idea to have a look at the list below and try and alter your work or even home patterns a little bit to help you free up some time. I am sure that it will make a big difference.
After reading this list I no longer have my Facebook running in the background – snap there is at least 15 minutes of my time saved each day.
