SVS-Living Safe has over 30-years’ experience providing services to adults, young people and family/whanau affected by family and other forms of violence/abuse.
With 10 + staff and a geographic spread delivering a suite of programmes and services from Kaikoura, Marlborough, Nelson, Motueka, Golden Bay through to the West Coast, this is an exciting time to be joining the organization.
You will support the clinical staff through advice, training and development to deliver the most efficient and effective services to clients. You will have experience supporting a team dealing with trauma and complex trauma related client issues as well as having an understanding of the nature and effects of family violence. This role reports to the General Manager. The level of seniority requires proven expertise working in a complex changing environment, in supporting continuous improvement and the ability to successfully work with a wide range of stakeholders.
