Hi There – The IHC One to One Friendship Volunteer Programme is currently looking for volunteers from the community to be matched in a friendship with people with intellectual disabilities living in Stoke and in the Richmond region. If you or anyone you know of (over the age of 17) that would make a great friend, please get in touch with Jane Peoples today. The intake process consists of an interview, 2 referee checks, police vetting with full orientation, training and on going support is provided. A truly rewarding volunteer option for those out there who have an hour or so that they could share with someone with ID. Look forward to hearing from you! Thank you, Jane (027 8360 342)
