A new course aimed at helping people better prepare themselves for finding a job is to start in Motueka next month. Work Fit, a free 10-week course run by Adult Learning Support, will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Motueka Community House, beginning on June 20.
This two hour Self Defence course for women is a valuable opportunity to work with a highly experienced tutor to gain practical, empowering and transferable Personal Safety Skills to enhance living and working relationships. The Tutor: Rona Sedman is an Intl. Certified Self Defence Instructor & Educator, a Master Level NCI Instructor, and has a 6th Dan/Degree Black Belt.
