Poto Williams, Labour MP and Spokesperson for the Community and Voluntary sector, invites the sector to a forum to discuss ideas for how the next Labour-led Government and the Community sector can work better together.
What kind of relationship would you like with the next Labour-led Government?
Community and voluntary organisations are vital elements in our civil society, essential for building social well-being and community resilience.
I believe we need to celebrate the sector, and lay the foundations for a robust and positive working relationship with the next Labour-led government.
I’m interested in hearing from voluntary and community organisations from around New Zealand about how we can work better together.
I have some ideas that I’d love to share with you, and I’m keen to listen to your as well.
We’ll provide the hot drinks and biscuits.
See you there!
