Applied Results Based Accountability™ (RBA)
A refresher and practical workshop
Feedback from earlier RBA training sessions indicated a need for further training and practical ways to embed RBA in agencies, organisations and service delivery. RSVP by 12th September via Email
This 3-hour session has been designed in response to this, providing an overview of RBA, a presentation from an organisation using RBA and an opportunity to put RBA into practice using your organisation’s information.
This session is suitable for those who have attended some training as well as those new to RBA.
Please bring a performance measure for your service/programme to work on. Choose a performance measure that answers the question” Is anyone better off, as a result of what we do?” If you are not sure which number to pick, ask, “ If our service is wildly successful, what number gets better?” This would be a good one to start with.
e.g. ‘reduced teen pregnancy rate’
‘number of people in employment above minimum wage’
‘reduced numbers of reoffenders’
‘increased number of vulnerable children/tamariki living in a safe environment’
