We are looking for volunteers in Nelson to help with our annual Red Nose Day street appeal on Saturday 19 November.
We would need the volunteers to raise awareness and collect donations for around 2 hours per session.
Cure Kids are New Zealand’s largest child health charity and Red Nose Day is our annual fundraising appeal. Since Cure Kids started nearly 45 years ago, we have funded more than $38 million of vital research which has saved and improved the lives of children living with serious health conditions and diseases.
Cure Kids receive no government funding, so rely on the generosity of New Zealanders for both donations and volunteer roles so we are able to fund crucial medical research for children.
The theme of Red Nose Day this year is Let’s Get REDiculous to cure kids – this means having some fun fundraising! Our volunteers can wear something red, get dressed up or simply come and help shake a bucket.
Below is the link of where our volunteers can register.
We appreciate all the help we can get to recruit volunteers to join the Cure Kids street appeal team so together we can cure kids!
