Thousands are expected to attend the popular annual Positive Ageing Expo, a showcase of the recreational, health and social services available in the region for retirees and those planning for retirement.
With more than 70 stallholders, the expo has plenty to offer anyone interested in making ageing a positive experience.
The expo attracts crowds of more than 2000 most years, and has received a TrustPower Community Award commendation.
This year there will be seminars, demonstrations, the chance to have a go at a range of activities as well as quick health checks.
