SASH and Motueka Women’s Support link are collaborating to provide 24/7 specialist sexual abuse crisis support and support and advocacy to the Tasman region.
We are looking for Crisis Response workers in the region.
Do you care about the effects of Sexual Abuse in our community?
Do you have skills to provide immediate support to women who have experienced sexual assault?
SASH is a specialist organisation providing support and counselling services to women who have been raped or sexually abused. This year working in collaboration with Motueka Women’s Support Link a new service called Motueka SASH Support Link will be opening in September.
We are recruiting women to join this new 24-hour crisis response service in the Tasman region. Crisis Response workers are part of a supportive team and generally commit to one 24-hour shift per week. Experience in a support role would be useful and full training is provided.
Applicants must live within 30 minutes travel time to central Motueka.
Small remuneration available.
Must be available to attend training on 12th and 13th September 2015.
