PILATES

 

This is a 8 week introduction to Pilates that teaches you about breathing with movement, body mechanics, balance, co-ordination, positioning of the body, spatial awareness, strength and
flexibility.

YOGA

 

Run as an 8 week course, you will learn and practice yoga poses to develop better posture, release tension and improve your flexibility and strength. Awareness of your breath will lead to an
increased sense of calm and well being, a useful tool for everyday life situations. This course is suitable for ongoing beginners.

GET COOKING

 

Come and learn how to cook wonderful healthy food on a budget. Everyone will learn together in a fun informal way and no experience necessary. Supported by Budget Services & NBPHO Community

TAOIST TAI CHI

An Introduction to Tai Chi, this is a gentle form of exercise which will improve your health, flexibility, and balance. It is very relaxing and is suitable for people of all ages.
