The workshop will give you an overview of the importance that nutrition plays around training, competition day performance and recovery. It will look at how to fuel the body dependent upon what energy system you are using and how the type, amount and timing of when to eat and drink can make a difference to performance and recovery, thus assisting with training adaptations. There will be interactive activities and tools to add to your coaching toolkit.
