Our incumbent manager is moving on after 10 years and the Board are looking to appoint an equally talented and capable manager to take the organisation to the next level. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and experienced manager with amazing networking and people skills to manage our small team.
WORKSTAR is a specialist supported employment agency based in Nelson. We assist clients with a disability to secure sustainable ongoing employment.
To be considered you will need to prove you have the ability to;
•Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as government funding agencies, employers and other social support agencies.
•Ensure that key contractual outcomes are achieved by managing service delivery and service quality.
•Set budgets and manage budgetary expenditure.
•Provide leadership and supervision to a team of Employment Consultants.
•Manage a caseload of clients to help them secure ongoing employment.
•Market WORKSTAR’S services through networking with local employers.
•Prepare financial and management reports and liaise effectively with our Board of Trustees.
