Community Meeting Keep Victory Safe – 6 May

Please accept this as a personal invite to Victory Community Centre, Totoara Street on Tuesday 6 May.

A new community-led project called Keep Victory Safe will be working for the next 18 months on increasing safety, building stronger neighbourhood connections and goodwill to reduce crime and unsociable behaviours in Victory Village.

What are the unique qualities and assets of Victory Village?

What’s the culture of Victory and how we do things around here?

A community has many assets in the skills and talents of individuals and families; organisations; businesses, agencies, schools, early childhood

centres, churches, as well as natural resources like parks and walkways.

Building a stronger community is about knowing, networking
and sharing our “treasure”.

Community building is about having trusting relationships
among all
