CAB has a huge variety of resources, so you’ll usually
get several suggestions.
Some lesser known services include reading and
explaining complicated documents, helping draft letters of complaint, or
helping people fill in forms. Every shift is different!
Obviously, to provide this professional service,
volunteers must learn how to listen, what questions to ask, and where to look
