In this session you will learn how to recruit the right volunteers and how to help keep them motivated and engaged. Insights will be given from a HR perspective that will help you work better with your volunteers leading to more rewarding partnerships.

Gillian Farrell is a HR Contractor and provides generalist HR services and support in the Nelson Tasman regions. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science degree. She has worked in a variety of industries including science, research and development, academia, tourism, local government and professional services. Gillian prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships and brings a friendly, professional approach to her work.
