Volunteer Managers – Volunteer Best Practice Workshop

Looking for ways to improve performance and raise the bar for  volunteering in your organisation? Then this workshop is for you.
This workshop will assist organisations to assess and acknowledge what best practice looks like for them, highlighting meaningful, practical ways to improve performance and put Best Practice into Action. The  setting will enable participants to share knowledge, questions and stories in a fun and collaborative way,  giving participants a chance to become more familiar with the Best Practice Guidelines and develop
confidence in using them. Participants will work collaboratively, discussing what actions they undertake  within their own organisations to meet the objectives in the guidelines, with the goal of taking away your  own Best Practice Action Plan.
