Staying Safe Driving Course,
Takaka, Golden Bay, Tuesday 28th October:
This is a two-hour classroom-based refresher of the Road Rules. No actual driving or testing is done. It’s an informal, friendly and informative update on how to stay safe on the roads as you age. 10.30 am to 12.30 pm

Healthy Eating and Cooking for One or Two workshop, Nick Smith Rooms, Nelson, Monday 24th November. Join us for an informative session on tips to nutritional eating and cooking. This is aimed at older people’s needs, and all attendees receive a free cookbook. 10 am to 11.30 am.
