Tai Chi – 12 Week Course

How can Tai Chi help me?

Tai Chi can help improve: Flexibility and joint mobility,muscle strength,balance, posture, mood and well-being. It can enhance your immune system and bring a feeling of wellness.

Tai Chi can also improve balance: Slips, trips and falls, joint stiffness, pain, stress or anxiety and it can reduce blood-pressure.

There are many forms of Tai Chi and the evidence shows it promotes health and mental relaxation. We invite you to join us and feel the difference Tai Chi can make to your life!

Sport Tasman are holding a 12 Week Course running on Thursdays. Beginners: 10.00 am. Intermediate : 11.30 am

Costs: Only $10.00 per session or $96.00 for 12 weeks.

This course will be held at Saxton Stadium, Saxton Road East, Stoke.
