Sustainable Coastlines – free training workshops
Are you interested in freshwater restoration?
This winter the Sustainable Coastlines charity is providing training workshops in educational and engagement methods to protect waterways and coastlines as part of their nationwide Training Workshops and Tree Planting Tour.
Sustainable Coastlines staff, led by Sam Judd, Young New Zealander of the Year 2013, have delivered educational programs to over 100,000 people, motivated tens of thousands of volunteers to remove over a million litres of rubbish from the coast, and planted thousands of trees alongside our waterways. They want to support those who also spread these same educational messages far and wide.
Workshops are free to attend. Each workshop is two hours in length and involves a multimedia presentation and interactive training session.
