Results Based Accountability™ (RBA) is a simple, common sense framework which communities, agencies and teams can use to focus on results (or outcomes) to make a positive change for communities, whānau and clients. Any community, agency or team striving for positive change in New Zealand can use RBA.
This introductory workshop will cover: Population Accountability; Performance Accountability; the link between the two and; how to apply the RBA framework.
