“Good Grief I’m a Mum” Group

Post Natal Distress has another “good Grief I’m a Mum” group starting soon. A great free group to join for six weeks, to get practical tips for self care as a parent.The group is run by one of the counsellors and a support worker from PND. Others services also available.
